Keira came away from the Oita marathon with a sincere respect for this distance to go along with her 4th place finish, accompanied by a true sense of accomplishment. She is qouted as saying "It was the hardest thing I have ever done! I would rather be punched in the face, but not for 2 hours!"...Now She says her focus is back to the track and possibly the Onsingen marathon in Switzerlad in late may 09 "Since I'm there anyhow" Frie says!...
